• For the last 29 years we have made specialized polyethylene/polypropylene products.

• We have also designed & made proprietary tooling for a number of products.

• Unlike Vinyl or polyurethane, polyethylene & polypropylene are sealed by heat only.

• The equipment sends a impulse of heat through an element placed directly on the material thus resulting in the two ply's being bonded together.

• Polyethylene & polypropylene are resistant to most chemicals which gives them an advantage over vinyl & polyurethane. 

• Although polyethylene is usually heat sealed & not dielectrically sealed, it can be dielectrically sealed in some instances (By a method which we have developed). The polyethylene bellows above was sealed by "dielectric heat sealing".
