       Capabilities  

• Die cutting can be used to cut out finished products or pieces used in products.

• The click press uses sharpened dies that are configured to a desired size & shape.

• Many kinds of materials can be cut including vinyl, polyurethane, leather, LDPE, HDPE, foam, re-enforced material & up to 1/18" hard board.

• Depending on the material to be cut, steel rule cutting dies or forged cutting dies can be used.

• High or low volume runs can be accommodated.

• Prototype cutting dies can also be made for part evaluation.
